As a Holistic Nutrition Coach, I divide food into two categories: primary food and secondary food. Primary food is your personal life, spirituality, your career and your physical activities whereas the secondary food is anything that goes into your mouth. While working on the secondary food, we will be checking on your primary food as well in order to make sure to balance both since the imbalance of one can affect the balance of other.  I also believe in bio-individuality which means I’ll be customizing the program according to your specific needs.
